I had an idea to write about someone trusting someone else with some of their' secrets, I need ideas though. It can be happy or sad, it needs to have adventure or mystery though. I would really like it to have mystery, but I am not sure how to write that part. If anyone has ideas, please share, I will help you with your stories when I can. Thank you.

The only thing I need is a friend to hold onto, thought Nicole. One day, she got her wish. Nicole had major depression that wouldn't go away. She took medicine, but it stuck around. The doctor told her to be patient and it would leave soon. She thought if she just had one good friend she would be better off. She got one later though.
This is her story.

     Ch1 
Nicole had major depressive disorder. She didn't know it. She felt very tired a lot, and sad. Really, she didn't understand it. She was an optimistic person.

A new friend was what she needed, she thought, she looked and looked, finally; she found a girl to talk to, just a little younger. Her name was Leah; Her friend was smart and taught Nicole how to read and cook. Nicole didn't know much until Leah taught her, once Leah realized she needed a friend.
People picked on her friend Leah, they said her name should be Taylor-Leah.
She didn't like that name, she had already gotten a name. Nicole wanted to do something for her friend. She told her friend, "all the hugs in the world wouldn't make up for the things you do for me. Thank you." Then; she brought her friend a flower that was a dandelion. The season was Spring, there were people around every corner. Their' lives were always busy and fun. Nicole loved watching others. She lived with her family for a long time. Her family decided to get a puppy. She wanted a horse, but she was still very young.
The reason she wanted anything was for a companion. Leah wanted to see the dogs that had offers to be sold. She decided to get one that was orphaned. Nicole didn't like anything to suffer needlessly. That was always a problem. She promised herself that she would try to give it a good home, and care for it.

After she started caring for it after the dog came home, she noticed it had a problem with it's foot, it was really hard for the dog to walk. It cried every now and then. Nicole held the puppy dog and rocked it. The puppy looked at her and she felt the warmth of it's love. Over time, it's leg healed and it became used to it's new owner. A little later on, Nicole met a guy named Joey she needed a new friend. He had come out of nowhere. He dealt with a simlar situation as the dog, his parents cared for him, but not in the way he wanted. He had many people in his life, many people came and went. (cont)

I will post my new stories on my blog. Let me know what you think, as I will always be working on one of them. I have some ideas, but I am stuck, so help me get ideas too. I will make stories out of them. hugs

What Is Like To Know Me

Yesterday is over now, today is a new day. I will try to start out new today. Things change with the time, would you just stay?

I need something to last, I need you to know me as I am. Why would you try to change everything? I am what I am.

I want to be useful, I want to be a real friend. What are my dreams trying to say? Just don't look away. I could use a friend, I'll tell you who I am. I am smart, I can fly, where will I go next? I can believe, can't we just try?

I like things to be personalized. So I put my name on them. If it is a shirt, I try to paint it with my name, bracelet, same thing. I want to even make room signs with my name on them too. Anyway it is fun to do that. (=

My mom played catch with me every so often. She loved to take my brother and I to the park. We enjoyed being out when the weather was nice. We liked to be there with each other spending time together. Our park had nature trails, and a stream, which was neat. It had fish that we would watch every so often. It had turtles too. I remember going to the park with my family and getting something to eat with them. That was really neat. I will never forget how we stayed there for a long time together, swinging and talking about all kinds of things, sometimes we even played hide and seek with people we met at the park.

My best friend Sam is a good friend because she is very friendly. She likes to write in journals. Sam enjoys talking and when she was younger she would decorate everything with stickers. She was very unique to have her own style. I have been in her life and she in mine for a long time. I was ten when I first met her. Sam is confident and smart too. I am also smart, but her strong suit is math, mine is reading.

I will write more later.

My grandma gave me a locket of my brother and I. She wanted me to have it. It is like something she kept to remember us when we were gone. I recieved it from her when I became a lot older. I have it still.
My name is Lisa KatyEllen, I got the name Ellen from my grandma, I actually look more like her than other members of my family.

My nickname is Pookie, like Garfield the cat's teddy bear. Anyway, I have a different thing going. (=


In my later years, I learned how to scrapbook. I went to meet with an excercize group to practice water aerobics. It was a lot of fun.
My friends were from my church group.

One year, my brother Ryan and I (Lisa) went to a small cave and we saw it. We also looked out on top of the cave, there was a ledge. It was a long way down. It was all green there. I enjoyed that. We also went to find brown and clear crystals a while back, they looked like hourglasses. We spent all day out there, at a place that had them. Beside that, we found Quartz rocks too.

We went to the zoo a lot, the last trip we had at the zoo, we saw the new elephant cage that they had. I really had fun over there. We took all kinds of pictures. I went with my grandpa and some of his relation. My brother came too.

When I was very young, Ryan and I went out and learned how to fly kites with our mom and grandparents.

           Sometimes when we were out traveling, we would stop at the side of the road to let our family dogs out, we had to get out too of course to get some air.

The most recent trip that I recall was when we all went to a water spring. I didn't get pictures, but the water was very clear. That was a really neat trip.

I want you to be there, even if you aren't there. I need to know you
are thinking of me. I want you to be my friend, and I need some time to
mend. Thinking of the future, trying to forget the past. I can see me and

When you go, I know you are thinking of me. Good friends help each other,
that's what it should be. Friends care about each other, that's how it
will be. Time is passing slowly, you calm me friend.

I like to talk with you, to dream about you. I think of us together
sometimes. You are there to walk with me. We can hold hands friend, You can
make my heart free again.
You will always be there with me, I know, You will always care for
me, You are there with me. I know you want to care.

Don't be afraid to say no. Sometimes it is ok. Also, don't be afraid to ask for help. Give complements every now and then. People like to feel needed and appriciated. So do the best you can to do that. Also if you can give advice, (mostly only if someone asks, then answer them) Try to figure out things that you might benefit from learning about. Don't be afraid to make a friend. Many people need a friend and would like to get to know you. Have a good attitude as much as possible and be clean. You want people to like you.

There is an idea I came up with to cut brown paper bags into strips. You can then write be eco-friendly on them,
then tape them together to make bracelets. That way people can see your message which is a good one in times
like these. I hope you try it and I hope you tell people about being eco-friendly.

Here are some tips to be eco-friendly, write them down.

Don't leave water running when you brush your teeth, it can waste water.
Try not to leave lights on for long periods of time.
Take a break off of your tv or computer, You can save energy and get a health break.
Recycle paper, and take plastic bags back to stores where you shop.
Recycle old magazines and newspaper.
Give old clothes away, but use really old clothes as washrags or something.

I hope you guys will try these things, it is good for animals and for us too.

One day I was out walking and I noticed something following me. It was brown and it was little. It seemed to be hungry. It looked weak to me. I think it was a baby. I didn't see it's parents. it was just by itself. I was with it, but I was a human. It was an animal, a baby bear. I decided to let it walk beside me as it wanted to find a friend to be beside. It might have gotten lost or something. So I had a sandwich and I decided to share it. So it ate it all at once. Then I guess it became playful, it climbed up my leg. I took it into my arms and decided to name it. It's name was to be Annie. I thought it might be a girl because it was really small. I saw some tracks in the snow it had made. There were a lot of them. It must have a brother or sister somewhere. The bear started talking to me in the way babies do. It was trying to tell me something. I guess it wanted to play. So I got a stick and threw it. The bear ran after it and came back and bounded up on my chest. Cute little thing I said. I held it close to me, I was glad to have a friend.
